Insurance Coverage, Fees & Referrals
Insurance
We are in-network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and Blue Choice BCE plans. If you have a different insurance provider, we will work with you to apply for reimbursement in order to maximize your benefits. As a courtesy, we offer a complimentary benefits check prior to your first appointment in order to better estimate the total cost of services.
Out-of- Network Policy
If you have an alternative insurance provider (United, Aetna, Cigna, etc.), we are able to work with you to apply for partial reimbursement with your insurance carrier. We will bill our out-of-pocket fee and provide you with an itemized receipt of the cost of services. This document will include all of the details needed to submit for reimbursement under the parameters of your out-of-network coverage.

Our goal is to provide you with clear information about the quality, content, and cost of Adapt’s services up-front so that you can make the best decision for you or your family prior to beginning services. If we are not an optimal fit for you, we are here to assist you with finding the mental health treatment that you need by connecting you with our wide network of mental health contacts and partnerships in the Chicagoland area. Our aim is not to work with every client who walks through our doors or contacts us, but rather to ensure that they are receiving the best care that is right for them.
